pDUO plasmid co-expressing MD1 and RP105 genes
pDUO-MD1/RP105 is an expression vector designed to co-express MD1 and RP105 genes known to interact with each other : human MD1 (486 bp) and human RP105 (1983 bp) or murine MD1 (486 bp) and murine RP105 (1983 bp).
The genes cloned into pDUO comprise the coding sequence (without introns) from the ATG to the Stop codon.
This gene is available in pDUO expression plasmid selectable with Blasticidin.
