 在Sf9 昆虫细胞中，我们通过杆状病毒表达N 端带GST 标签的重组人源EGFR （第695 位氨基酸 – 末端）。EGFR 是EGF 家族成员的受体，是一个具有酪氨酸激酶活性的跨膜糖蛋白。表皮生长因子与EGFR 的结合会诱导受体二聚化及酪氨酸的自磷酸化，从而引起细胞增殖、细胞分化、细胞运动及细胞存活。EGFR 的激活会刺激胃肠粘膜中有丝分裂的信号转导；在结肠癌和多数肿瘤中，EGFR 的表达会上调。在正常的胃上皮和结肠癌细胞系中，EGFR 的激活会引发ERK 信号途径的激活。用选择性抑制剂使EGFR 失活后，ERK2 活性、c-fos mRNA 的表达、及细胞增殖都显著降低。
ADP-Glo™ Kinase Assay（ADP-Glo™ 激酶检测试剂盒）是一种发光法激酶检测试剂盒，用于 检测 激酶反应产生的ADP 含量：ADP 转化为ATP 后，ATP 即可作为Ultra-Glo™ 萤光素酶 催化反应的底物，产生光信号。发光信号与 ADP 的量和激酶活性正相关。 该试剂盒适合检测化合物对纯化的多种激酶活性的影响，使之成为初筛和激酶选择性概况分析的理想工具。ADP-Glo™ 激酶检测试剂盒可用于检测几乎所有可生成ADP 的酶类 ( 如激酶或ATP 酶 ) 的活性，ATP 浓度可高达1mM 。
