QUANTI-Blue™
QUANTI-Blue™ is a colorimetric enzyme assay developed to determine any alkaline phosphatase activity (AP) in a biological sample, such as supernatants of cell cultures. In particular, QUANTI-Blue™ provides an easy and rapid mean to detect and quantify secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP), a reporter widely used for in vitro and in vivo analytical studies.
In the presence of alkaline phosphatase, the color of QUANTI-Blue™ changes from pink to purple/blue. The intensity of the blue hue reflects the activity of AP. The levels of AP can be determined qualitatively with the naked eye or quantitatively using a spectrophotometer at 620-655 nm.
QUANTI-Blue™ is useful to monitor activation in reporter cell lines.

A coelenterazine-based luminescence assay reagent
QUANTI-Luc™, is an assay reagent containing all the components required to quantitively measure the activity of Lucia luciferase and other coelenterazine-utilizing luciferases.
QUANTI-Luc™ is optimized for use with Lucia luciferase reporter cell lines for fast and efficient real-time measurements directly from the cell culture media. QUANTI-Luc™ contains the coelenterazine substrate for the luciferase reaction, which produces a light signal that is quantified using a luminometer and expressed as relative light units (RLU).
The signal produced correlates to the amount of luciferase protein expressed, indicating promoter activity in the reporter assay.
