NovaQUANT™ Human Mitochondrial Biogenesis Kit
Product Description
The NovaQUANT™ Human Mitochondrial Biogenesis qPCR Kit is designed to quantify the relative mRNA levels of complex subunits I, II, III, IV, V, three house-keeping control genes, and a master regulator of oxidative phosphorylation, PGC-1α.
This kit contains HepG2 cDNA as a control and a set of 12 optimized PCR primer pairs, as listed in Technical Bulletin, TB567. The mRNA for the house keeping genes used in this kit are shown to be some of the most stably expressed genes among a different cell types and varying experimental conditions.

The NovaQUANT™ Mouse Mitochondrial Biogenesis qPCR Kit is designed to quantify the relative mRNA levels of Oxidative Phosphorylation (OXPHOS) complex subunits I, II, III, IV, V, three house-keeping control genes, and a master regulator of oxidative phosphorylation, PGC-1α.
The kit contains LM cDNA as a control and a set of 12 optimized PCR primer pairs targeting those analytes, which are listed in TB568. The mRNA for the house keeping genes used in this kit are shown to be some of the most stably expressed genes across different cell types and varying experimental conditions.

NovaQUANT™ Coli qPCR Kit
Product Description
The NovaQUANT™ Coli qPCR kit is designed to quantify the absolute amount of E. coli DNA present in a sample. The assay has been shown to accurately detect DNA from several E. coli strains present in many sample matrices including protein, nucleic acid and polysaccharide preparations.
The kit contains a set of oligonucleotide primers developed for SYBR® Green-based qPCR detection. The NovaQUANT Coli qPCR primers were designed to detect a high-copy number of a highly-conserved, E. coli ribosomal RNA gene; this feature allows for the accurate detection of trace amounts of bacterial DNA, typically in the low femtogram range.
