NovaQUANT™ Mouse Mitochondrial Biogenesis Kit
Product Description
The NovaQUANT™ Mouse Mitochondrial Biogenesis qPCR Kit is designed to quantify the relative mRNA levels of Oxidative Phosphorylation (OXPHOS) complex subunits I, II, III, IV, V, three house-keeping control genes, and a master regulator of oxidative phosphorylation, PGC-1α.
The kit contains LM cDNA as a control and a set of 12 optimized PCR primer pairs targeting those analytes, which are listed in TB568. The mRNA for the house keeping genes used in this kit are shown to be some of the most stably expressed genes across different cell types and varying experimental conditions.
