TaqMan® Array Human NFKB Pathway
The Applied Biosystems® TaqMan® Array Human NFkB Pathway 96-well Plate contains 92 assays to NFKB associated genes and 4 assays to candidate endogenous control genes.
The panel of assays in this plate targets genes which encode the 5 proteins of the Rel/NFKB family: NFKB1, NFKB2, REL A, REL B, and REL. Also on the panel are genes from families that include: the IkB kinase; IkBs (inhibitor of kB); Toll-like receptor (TLR); Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF); Tumor Necrosios Factor Receptors (TNFR); and Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Associated Factor (TRAF). Additional genes associated with NFKB function in apoptosis, immune/inflammation responses, as well as chemokines and cytokines are included. Gene Signature Plates are 96-well plates that are pre-configured with the most appropriate TaqMan® Gene Expression Assays for a specific biological process, pathway, or disease state. Each plate contains predefined assays and endogenous controls dried-down in the wells, ready for accurate assessment
