   Maxwell® 16 基因组DNA纯化试剂盒可与Maxwell® 16仪器一同使用。现有七个试剂盒及其对应的、经过优化的自动化方法用于DNA纯化。用户可从简便的自动化装置中获得稳定的DNA产率和纯度。
对于基因组DNA的纯化，Maxwell® 16系统是唯一从组织中纯化与从血液或细胞中纯化一样简单的系统。在预装了试剂的试剂筒中，活塞的运动将裂解缓冲液中的固体组织样品直接进行研磨。整合在自动纯化程序中的研磨非常便利，取代了在纯化前专门进行的耗时费力的酶裂解(如蛋白酶K)或手动研磨。
现有的七个试剂盒经过优化，分别用于从组织、血液、细胞、鼠尾和FFPE组织切片中纯化DNA。正在开发更多的操作程序用于从更多类型的样品中纯化DNA。

The TaqMan® Array Human Viral Pathogen Screening Card contains 16 pre-selected TaqMan® pathogen detection assays to detect multiple strains of human viral pathogens. These pathogens are: HPV16, HTLV-1, HTLV-2, EBV, CMV, BKV, JCV,SV40, HBV, HCV, HHV-1 or HSV-1, HHV-7, HIV-1, HIV-2 and HAdV C. The TaqMan® assays for HBV, HIV-1, HIV-2, HTLV-2 and HAdV C are multiplexed assays. All of the assays have been validated using stem cell culture.
