Monoclonal mouse IgA antibody against human CD20
Anti-hCD20-mIgA features the constant region of the mouse IgA isotype and the variable region of rituximab. Rituximab is a mouse/human chimeric monoclonal antibody that targets the CD20 antigen found on the surface of malignant and normal B lymphocytes. Binding of rituximab to CD20 results in cell destruction through different mechanisms including direct signaling of apoptosis, complement activation and cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Rituximab has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of various lymphoid malignancies, including B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. Anti-hCD20-mIgA was generated by recombinant DNA technology. It has been produced in CHO cells and purified by affinity chromatography with protein L.

Neutralizing murine IgA monoclonal antibody against human TNF-α
Anti-hTNF-α-mIgA is a neutralizing monoclonal antibody featuring the constant region of the murine IgA isotype and the variable region of adalimumab. Adalimumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody against the pro-inflammatory cytokine human tumor necrosis factor alpha (hTNF-α). Adalimumab binds to TNF-α and blocks its interaction with TNF receptors thereby downregulating the inflammatory reactions associated with autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn’s disease. Anti-hTNF-α-mIgA was generated by recombinant DNA technology. It has been produced in CHO cells and purified by affinity chromatography with protein L. The neutralizing activity of this murine IgA antibody was determined using HEK-Blue™ TNF-α/IL-1β cells.
