Elga® PURELAB® Flex 3 Water Purification System, with Purification Pack
The Ion PGM™ system requires that water used in sequencing contain very low levels of Total Oxidisable Carbon (TOC) and undetectable levels of nucleases. The ELGA® PURELAB® flex water purification system is designed to connect to your existing water supply and provide sufficient quantities of high grade water for your sequencing needs.

Elga® PURELAB® Flex UV Lamp
UV Lamp (185/254 nm) for the Elga® PURELAB® flex.
This UV light is used as a bactericide and to break down and photo-oxidize organic contaminates to polar or ionized species. The UV bactericidal action damages DNA and RNA polymerase at low doses thereby preventing replication, while higher does are biocidal.
