pDUO plasmid co-expressing MD2 and CD14 genes
pDUO-MD2/CD14 is an expression vector designed to co-express MD2 and CD14 genes known to interact with each other : human MD2 (480 bp) and human CD14 (1125 bp) or mouse MD2 (483 bp) and mouse CD14 (1101 bp).
The genes cloned into pDUO comprise the coding sequence (without introns) from the ATG to the Stop codon.
This gene is available in pDUO2 expression plasmid selectable with Blasticidin.
