The SEAP Reporter Assay Kit provides a rapid and convenient method to determine the levels of SEAP in the culture medium of transfected cells expressing the seap gene.
SEAP catalyzes the hydrolysis of p-Nitrophenyl phosphate producing a yellow end product that can be read spectrophotometrically at 405 nm.
Short hands-on-time:  less than 1 hour
Obtention of results: 10 to 40 minutes
Sensitivity: as little as 10-10 g/ml of SEAP
Concentration range: 1 ng – 1 µg/ml
