Anti-HLA Class I Control
Anti-HLA Class I Ctrl is a chimeric monoclonal antibody  specifically designed for the validation and standardization of the detection of antibodies to HLA class I.
The constant regions are of human IgG1 (gamma 1 heavy chains and kappa light chains) and the variable regions are derived from the murine monoclonal antibody W6/32 [1, 2].
Anti-HLA Class I Ctrl reacts with all HLA class I antigens tested [3].
Anti-HLA Class I Ctrl can be used in combination with Anti-HLA Class II Ctrl as a positive control for all anti-HLA antibody detection assays.
Working concentration: 0.2 ng/ml – 2µg/ml
Specificity: all HLA Class I antigens
Isotype: Human IgG1
Formulation: 0.2 µm filtered solution in PBS with 5% saccharose
Applications: positive controls for all anti-HLA antibody detection assays, which include:
– multiplex bead array assays using the Luminex® technology,
– ELISA,
– indirect immunofluorescence techniques (flow cytometry),
– complement-dependent lymphocytotoxicity.
