DyLight 594 Griffonia Simplicifolia Lectin I (GSL I) – Isolectin B4 is an α–galactose-specific isolectin that contains only B subunits. GSL I – B4 has been reported to be useful as a marker for endothelial cells from nonprimates, such as mouse, rat, rabbit, and goat. It also binds to rodent glial cells.
This red fluorescent lectin conjugate provides both bright fluorescence and photostability with maximum excitation at 595 nm and maximum emission at 625 nm.
