SLAMF6 Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag
SLAM family member 6 (SLAMF6), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human SLAMF6 (Q96DU3-1) (Met 1-Met 226) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Activity: Measured by its ability to bind biotinylated recombinant human SH2D1A in a functional ELISA.
