CRTAM Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag
Cytotoxic And Regulatory T-Cell Molecule (CRTAM), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the human CRTAM (NP_062550.2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 286) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human CADM1 at 2 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind human CRTAM with a linear range of 12.5-400 ng/ml.
Formulation: Lyophilized in 140 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 1.8 mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80.
